This is the second hardest hentai game I have ever played (next to Sakyubasu No Tatakai II), and I've been playing them since early 2013, so make sure you select hard difficulty ONLY if you want a real challenge in your fap material. The dialogue seems to go on forever and ever sometimes, and a lot of it is flat out over the top for a hentai game, and can get a bit dull. I'd say the later half of the game is where the story picks up and gets decent. Gameplay is on the better side of things. One great mechanic in the game (which more hentai game creators should take note of) is being able to get r*ped, lose all your HP, but continue living and continue getting r*ped as much as you please.
You don't actually die unless you get hit enough by certain attacks, or red enemies (indicated by the flashing yellow and red light on the top left of the screen).
